                            Pack 202 Coat Drive

Currently we are accepting donations of new or used coats- mostly children's sizes but adult sizes are also accepted.  We will have a large box at the scout hut for these donations. We are asking individual scouts to place a similar box at their churches to collect coats. We will run the coat drive through the second week in November and then we will distribute them to individuals in need with the help of school guidance counselors. If  you have questions please contact Tammy or Mrs. Rita Gravely.

Pack 202 Webelos Take King's Mountain!!

Our First and Second year Webelos had the opportunity to get a tase of American History this past weekend when they camped out for two nights at King's Mountain State Park in S.C.  They had a great time of fellowship and learning as they got aquainted  with the ways of the wild .  They toured the battlefield at King's Mountain National Park.  This battle was recognized by Pres. Thomas Jefferson as being the "turning point" of the American Revolution.  They boys completed a 2.4 mile hike from their campsite to the battlefield and then completed a 1.5 mile hike of the battlefield trail.  They also completed requirements to get a patch for the event by answering questions along the trail.
Much fun was had by all who attended.   Please check out more photos on the photo gallery page.
